Welcome, friends. I am glad you have found your way to this page.

If we haven’t met, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Michael, and I am a Spiritual Director in the beautiful city of St. Louis, Missouri. I am a husband and a father, and my family is my world.

When it comes to the Christian tradition, I find immense joy talking about and exploring what it means to be formed in the image of God and it is a sobering and beautiful calling to walk with people as we walk this path together.

Here, you will find a few reflections which, I trust, are ultimately anchored in the hope and optimism of grace. These might be essays written by me, spiritual practices, or quotes from wise spiritual mothers or fathers. Ultimately, each post will be anchored in a deep belief that the work of God is moving each of us towards wholeness, completion, and union with the Trinity (even if/when that movement feels painfully slow).

If this seems meaningful to you, I invite you to subscribe and participate in dialogue with me. Faith formation is not a solitary thing. It's shared and carried together, and it would be a gift to share this with you.

Peace be with you, friends.
